Why This Base Works
The Builder Hall sits in the core with high-DPS defenses guarding it, and the walls use 3-tile gaps. Night Witches can't reach the Builder Hall from outside.
Two Cannons on the top side snipe Night Witches while Air Bombs kill their Bats. The Multi Mortar deals a lot of damage to Night Witches, and Mines protect it by killing groups of Bats. Archer Towers support the Multi Mortar and help clear Bats and Night Witches.
The Double Cannon kills the Battle Machine and Night Witches fast.
Trap Placement
- Mine: On the path Bats take. It kills groups of Bats from Night Witches.
- Mega Mine: On the top side. It deals high damage to groups of Night Witches.
- Spring Trap: In front of the Double Cannons. It flings Archers out of the map.
What Attacks Does This Base Counter?
- Mass Night Witch: From the top side, the Cannons snipe the Night Witches. From the bottom side, the Mine stops the Bats, so the Multi Mortar lasts longer and clears the Night Witches. The Double Cannons and Archer Towers clear Night Witches quickly.
- Mass Baby Dragon: The air defenses sit deep inside the base, so Baby Dragons get pulled in and take high damage.

Can this BH5 anti-2 base handle attacks from higher Builder Halls?
Yes, most of the time. In my experience, many BH6 and BH7 attackers only get 1 or 2 stars, usually by spamming Night Witches. A skilled attacker with max-level troops can still beat it, so it is not a sure thing.
Can I move the traps on this BH5 anti Night Witch base?
Yes. You can move all the traps. Watch your replays to find the most common entry points, then place your traps there to bait attackers.
