1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and KLAWKLA, a sole proprietor based in Thailand, operator of the website located at clashbaselink.com and any related subdomains and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. About ClashBaseLink

ClashBaseLink.com is an independent, unofficial fan website that publishes and curates Clash of Clans base layouts and related content.

ClashBaseLink is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell Oy. Clash of Clans, the Clash of Clans logo, characters, artwork, and all related trademarks are the property of Supercell Oy. We operate in good-faith reliance on Supercell's Fan Content Policy: https://supercell.com/en/fan-content-policy/.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

• You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country of residence, if higher — for example, 16 in parts of the European Economic Area);
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction;
• Your use of the Service is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service by us.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (commonly 18 or 20), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Definitions

• "Content" means all base layouts, text, images, videos, graphics, code, design elements, and other materials made available on the Service.
• "Base Link" means a deep-link URL that opens a base layout inside the Clash of Clans mobile game.
• "Creator Code" means the Supercell-issued promotional code associated with ClashBaseLink that players may enter inside the Clash of Clans in-game shop.
• "Account" means an optional registered account used for newsletter subscription, saved preferences, or similar features.

5. License to Use the Service

Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

• Browse the Service and view Content;
• Open Base Links in Clash of Clans for your personal gameplay;
• Share individual Base Links and pages with friends for non-commercial use, with attribution to clashbaselink.com.

You may not (see also Section 7) use the Service or any Content for any commercial purpose, redistribute it in bulk, or pass it off as your own.

6. Accounts (Optional)

Most of the Service is available without registration. You may optionally create an Account to:

• Subscribe to our email newsletter;
• Save site preferences (e.g., language, display options).

6.1 Account Responsibilities

When you create an Account, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and current information;
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account;
• You will keep your password confidential and not share your Account with others;
• You will notify us promptly at support@clashbaselink.com of any unauthorized access or security incident;
• You will not create an Account using another person's information, or impersonate another person.

6.2 Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by emailing support@clashbaselink.com. We will process the closure and delete the Account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to do any of the following, and not to facilitate or encourage others to do so:

1. Automated access — use bots, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, or any other automated means to access, copy, index, or harvest Content, except for well-behaved search-engine crawlers complying with our robots.txt.
2. Bulk extraction — download, scrape, or otherwise extract a substantial portion of the Service's Content, whether in one operation or via repeated requests.
3. Resale or redistribution — sell, license, rent, sublicense, mirror, republish, or otherwise commercially exploit any Content or any part of the Service.
4. Misrepresentation — present any Content as your own original work, or remove attribution and watermarks.
5. Interference — interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to disable the Service, its servers, networks, or security mechanisms.
6. Unauthorized access — attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other Accounts, or any connected systems, including through hacking, password mining, or exploiting vulnerabilities.
7. Malicious activity — upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, worms, Trojan horses, malware, or other harmful code.
8. Reverse engineering — decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
9. Framing / scraping for AI training — frame, embed in a misleading way, or use the Service or its Content to train machine-learning models without our prior written consent.
10. Unlawful use — use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, sanctions program, or third-party right (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
11. Harassment / abuse — use the Service to threaten, harass, defame, or otherwise harm any person.
12. Game terms violation — use the Service in any way that violates Supercell's Terms of Service or Fan Content Policy.

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate access in response to suspected violations (see Section 14).

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

All Content on the Service that is not owned by Supercell or third parties — including the website design, layout, original text, original graphics, the ClashBaseLink name and logo, software, and the selection and arrangement of Content — is owned by KLAWKLA or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license in Section 5, no part of the Service may be copied, modified, distributed, transmitted, displayed, performed, reproduced, published, licensed, or sold without our prior written consent.

8.2 Supercell Trademarks and Game Assets

Clash of Clans and all related logos, characters, in-game artwork, base-layout visual representations, and trademarks are the property of Supercell Oy. ClashBaseLink uses these assets in reliance on Supercell's Fan Content Policy and disclaims any ownership of, or affiliation with, Supercell.

8.3 Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use that feedback for any purpose, without obligation or compensation to you.

9. User-Submitted Content

The Service is currently a read-only platform and does not provide features for users to upload, post, or publicly submit content.

If we add such features in the future (e.g., comments, ratings, base submissions), additional terms will apply and will be presented to you at that time. Until then, any unsolicited content you send us by email or otherwise is treated under Section 8.3 (Feedback).

10. Supercell Creator Code

ClashBaseLink participates in Supercell's Creator Code program. When you choose to enter our Creator Code in the Clash of Clans in-game shop:

• You are interacting directly with Supercell, not with ClashBaseLink;
• Your use of the Creator Code is governed by Supercell's Terms of Service and Creator Code rules, not by these Terms;
• ClashBaseLink does not receive your Supercell account ID, in-game name, purchase details, or any personal or payment information from Supercell.

Using the Creator Code is entirely voluntary. You will never be required to use it to access any part of the Service.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services (including YouTube, Supercell pages, social media, and Clash of Clans in-game deep links). These links are provided for convenience only.

We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, privacy practices, or policies. Your access to and use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• The Content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose;
• Any base layout will provide any particular level of in-game performance, defense rate, trophy outcome, or attack result;
• Base layouts will remain effective after Supercell updates the game; game balance changes, new troops, or new mechanics may render any layout obsolete;
• The Service will be compatible with any specific device, browser, or operating system.

You acknowledge that base layouts are strategic suggestions only and that game outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL KLAWKLA, OUR AFFILIATES, OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, IN-GAME RESOURCES, RANKINGS, OR PURCHASES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH, FOR FREE USERS, IS ZERO); OR (B) ONE HUNDRED THAI BAHT (฿100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

14. Suspension and Termination

14.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an Account, you may close it as described in Section 6.2.

14.2 By Us

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if we reasonably believe that:

• You have violated these Terms or any applicable law;
• Your conduct poses a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties;
• Continued provision of the Service to you exposes us to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

We may also discontinue the Service, any feature, or any Content at any time, with or without notice.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Indemnification), 16 (Copyright Complaints), 19 (Governing Law), and 20 (Dispute Resolution) — will survive.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KLAWKLA and our affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the Service;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or any right of a third party (including intellectual-property rights);
• Any content you submit to us.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

16. Copyright Complaints (DMCA-Style Notices)

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe that any Content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@clashbaselink.com with the subject line "Copyright Complaint" that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL or other reasonably sufficient location information;
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email);
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We will review valid notices and may, in our discretion, remove the allegedly infringing material and/or terminate the access of repeat infringers.

17. Modifications to the Service

We may, at any time and without liability to you, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature or Content, in whole or in part, with or without notice. We are not obligated to maintain any specific Content, base layout, or feature.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms;
• Post the revised Terms on this page;
• For material changes, provide a more prominent notice (e.g., site banner or email) at least 30 days before the change takes effect, where feasible.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Service.

18.1 Version History

19. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with the Service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be derogated from by agreement, nothing in these Terms restricts those rights.

20. Dispute Resolution

20.1 Informal Resolution First

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@clashbaselink.com with the subject line "Dispute Notice", describing the dispute and the relief you seek. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the matter within sixty (60) days of receiving your notice.

20.2 Courts of Thailand

If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree that the courts of Thailand will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

20.3 Injunctive Relief

Nothing in this Section 20 prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual-property rights or confidential information.

21. General Provisions

21.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

21.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

21.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.

21.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

21.5 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, pandemics, accidents, network outages, hosting-provider failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

21.6 Relationship of the Parties

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and us.

21.7 Notices

We may send notices to you by posting them on the Service, by email to any address you have provided, or by any other means we reasonably consider appropriate. You may send notices to us at support@clashbaselink.com.

21.8 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of a conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
