These Terms are an agreement between you and KLAWKLA (a sole proprietor based in Thailand), operator of ClashBaseLink.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About ClashBaseLink
ClashBaseLink.com is an independent fan site that publishes Clash of Clans base layouts and links. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Supercell — Clash of Clans and all related assets are the property of Supercell Oy. We operate under Supercell's Fan Content Policy.
Who Can Use the Site
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and legally able to agree to these Terms.
What You Can Do
You're free to:
- Browse the site and view base layouts
- Open base links in Clash of Clans for your own gameplay
- Share individual base links with friends, with credit to clashbaselink.com
This is a personal, non-commercial license — you can't resell, republish, or claim the content as your own.
What You Can't Do
- Scrape or bulk-download content with bots, crawlers, or automated tools (normal search-engine crawlers are fine)
- Resell or republish any content commercially
- Remove attribution or pass off content as your own
- Attack or disrupt the site — hacking, malware, overloading servers, unauthorized access
- Use the content to train AI models without our written consent
- Break the law or violate Supercell's Terms of Service
We may suspend or block access for violations.
Accounts
Most of the site works without an account. If you create one (for the newsletter or saved preferences), keep your information accurate, keep your password confidential, and let us know at support@clashbaselink.com if anything looks unauthorized. You can close your account anytime by emailing us.
Intellectual Property
The site's design, original text, graphics, and the ClashBaseLink name and logo belong to KLAWKLA. Clash of Clans assets belong to Supercell Oy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely without compensation.
The site is currently read-only — there's no user upload or comment feature. If that changes, additional terms will apply at that time.
Creator Code
We promote our Supercell Creator Code through links that open the Supercell Store or Clash of Clans with the code KLAWKLA pre-filled. Using the code is entirely voluntary and never required to access the site. When you use it, you're interacting directly with Supercell under their terms — we never see your account or payment details.
Third-Party Links
The site links to third-party services (YouTube, Supercell pages, in-game deep links, social media). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or policies — use them at your own risk.
No Warranties
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. In particular:
- We can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free
- Base layouts are strategic suggestions only — we can't guarantee any defense rate, trophy outcome, or attack result
- Game updates may make any layout obsolete at any time
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KLAWKLA is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, data, in-game resources, rankings, or purchases — arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for all claims is capped at the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (for free users, ฿100 THB). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Copyright Complaints
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email support@clashbaselink.com with the subject "Copyright Complaint". Include: identification of your work, the URL of the infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner. We'll review valid notices and remove infringing material where appropriate.
Termination
You can stop using the site anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, harm the site or other users, or if the law requires it. We may also change or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Before filing any formal claim, contact us at support@clashbaselink.com with the subject "Dispute Notice" — we'll try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days. Unresolved disputes go to the courts of Thailand. If your local consumer-protection laws grant you rights that can't be waived, those rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above and, for major changes, post a clear notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
