Why This Base Works

The Town Hall is difficult to reach from any side because of the dead zone and the Air Sweeper placement.

The Hero Hunter can quickly pressure the Grand Warden, making air spam attacks much harder to control.

There is no easy Giant Arrow value, and attackers struggle to line up even two Air Defenses in one shot.

The Town Hall is protected by heavy core DPS, giving this base a strong chance to stop attackers at 1 star and save more trophies on defense.

Trap Placement

  • Tornado Trap: In front of the Hero Hunter to slow Battle Blimps before they reach the Town Hall.
  • Spring Traps: Outside to punish Super Wall Breakers and ground troops.
  • Skeleton Traps: In the core to distract air troops.
  • Bombs: Outside to catch Wall Breakers.
  • Air Bombs: In the right compartment to damage Healers.
  • Seeking Air Mines: In the bottom core to catch Dragons and Battle Blimps.

What Attacks Does This Base Counter?

  • Super Witch Fireball: Key defenses sit deep in the core, pulling the Warden into a risky position and making Fireball setup harder. The Single Inferno Towers can also burn down the Super Witch's Big Boys quickly.
  • Zap Dragons: The Air Defenses are spread out to give Lightning Spells less value, and there is no easy Giant Arrow line to hit both an Air Defense and an Air Sweeper. The Seeking Air Mines also punish Dragons as they move through the base.
  • Queen Charge Hybrid: The Hero Hunter and two Single Inferno Towers make the Queen Charge difficult, while spread-out Bomb Towers and Giant Bombs punish Miners and Hog Riders on the backend.

FAQ

Why is the Town Hall hard to reach in this TH12 Ranked base?

The dead zone and the Air Sweeper placement make it difficult to approach cleanly from any side, and heavy defenses protect the core.

How does this TH12 Ranked base defend against air attacks?

The Air Defenses are spread out, Giant Arrow value is limited and the Seeking Air Mines punish Dragons and Battle Blimps.

Why do the Single Inferno Towers matter in this TH12 Ranked base?

They put heavy pressure on Heroes and high-hitpoint troops. That makes Queen Charge and Super Witch attacks much harder to push through the core.
